With six years overall cybersecurity experience including roles in red teaming, incident response, and security engineering, Raphael has moved to working full-time on CTI projects four years ago and is currently working with CERT-EU. Previously, Raphael has been with different consultancies delivering projects to EU governments and financial institutions across Europe.

As CERT UA member, he specialized in intrusion research, and threat hunting, tracking adversary behaviors, and analyzing operations of Russian APTs

Pablo Fernández holds two MSc degrees and is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with over 15 years of experience in enterprise security across both the public and private sectors. Throughout his career, he has held various roles encompassing management, policy development, and technical aspects of cybersecurity operations. He is currently leading innovative national and international projects on IOC (Indicators of Compromise) sharing in the National SOC Network (RNS) at the National Cryptologic Centre, which is part of the Spanish National Intelligence Centre (CNI).
