How to get there

From Brussels Airport (BRU):
By taxi: The hotel is approximately 13 km from Brussels Airport. A taxi ride takes about 20-30 minutes depending on traffic.
By train: Take the train from Brussels Airport to Brussels-Luxembourg Station. The hotel is a short 5-minute walk from the station. Trains run frequently, and the journey takes around 20 minutes.

By Train:

From Brussels-Luxembourg Station:
The Renaissance Brussels Hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Brussels-Luxembourg Station. Exit the station and head towards Rue du Parnasse.

From Brussels Central Station:
Take a train or metro to Brussels-Luxembourg Station. Alternatively, you can take a taxi from Brussels Central Station to the hotel, which takes around 10 minutes.

By Metro:
From Trône Station, it’s about a 10-minute walk to the hotel. Exit the station and head towards Rue du Parnasse.

Car parking
The hotel offers on-site parking for guests. It's advisable to check availability and fees with the hotel beforehand.

Catering
Sweet and savory snacks, along with coffee, tea, and cold beverages, will be provided to participants free of charge during the coffee breaks. Additionally, a warm lunch buffet will be served to facilitate quality networking time for the in-person attendees of the event.
